Rod Burylo, CIM, FCSI, serves as Director and Board Advisor for public and private companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Burylo has worked throughout the financial services industry in a wide range of roles, including Director and Chief Compliance Officer, with a focus on capital raising and asset management. Mr. Burylo is a business author and international speaker specializing in professional ethics and governance. 



President and Treasurer

In business since 2005, Chris Burylo has been the Director and Managing Partner of small to mid-sized accounting firms with experience emphasized in tax planning/preparation, designing corporate structures, cross-border tax, structuring capital raise efforts, and most importantly, real-life in-the-trenches business experience.  Ongoing endeavors include; the Managing Partner of Pinnacle Accounting & Finance, the Managing Partner of a Texas real estate investment fund, and the Trustee of a private health company.


Vice President

Michelle Burylo is one of the Partners of Pinnacle Accounting & Finance and specializes in Office Management and all things Payroll. As a PCP with the Canadian Payroll Association, Michelle loves helping employers navigate matters regarding payroll and employee management. 

Michelle has 15 years of experience as a managing member of a local not-for-profit organization and has raised funds for programs, such as high school scholarships and support for the elderly. Additionally she works with a few local wine clubs to host "must be in attendance "events for members and promote wine education.

Peter Izzo is the owner and manager of Cappuccino King Ltd. , providing consulting services , equipment and products to business owners and restauranteurs throughout Alberta for over 30 years.

Ryan Rex is a Partner at CROS Consulting,  holds an

MBA degree from the University of Calgary and is currently pursuing his Doctorate focused on leadership behaviors and their impact on employee wellbeing. Ryan has over 15 years of experience, focused on large-scale organizational transformations particularly within large enterprise, both as a management consultant and as an internal business leader.



Audrey Veltri leads a Wealth Management practice partnering with Canadians to achieve financial well-being and deliver the confidence to enjoy today, secure tomorrow and own the future. Her practice approaches advice and offers solutions that align with personal goals, protect against the unexpected, and acknowledge the realities of evolving personal and professional lives.

 Audrey believes in living a life of service, wholeheartedly dedicated to ensuring everyone has the right to financial security and confidence. She fosters this through advocacy, education, and allyship. In addition to her position as a wealth manager she volunteers across many organizations, delivering workshops on financial programs and supports designed to improve the lives of Canadians with disabilities.
